You have two wallets: your PINMart wallet (your balance here on the marketplace) and your PIN app wallet (your personal Pay It Now account). Money moves between them — trades happen with your PINMart wallet.

- 3Sellers receive sale proceeds into their PINMart wallet on handover; proceeds settle for 15 days before they can be withdrawn.
- 4Withdraw your PINMart balance back to your PIN app wallet anytime — our team reviews and pays each request, usually within 1 business day.
- 5No cards or bank transfers between members — everything settles through PIN.
