Getting paid out

Withdraw your PINMart balance back to your PIN app wallet whenever you want.

1. 1Add your PIN app wallet address once on your account page — it starts with “PIN” and you’ll find it in your PIN app. A newly added or changed address has a 24-hour security hold.
2. 2Recent sale proceeds settle for 15 days after a sale completes, then join your available balance.
3. 3Request a withdrawal for any amount from K10 (or your full balance) — our team reviews and pays it to your PIN app wallet, usually within 1 business day.
4. 4You are notified when it lands, and every withdrawal appears in the Payouts section of your activity page.
5. 5From the PIN app you can then cash out to your PNG bank account.
